How we can help.

  • Unlimited consultations, on such subjects as wedding style, degree of formality, wording of invitations, music, wedding vows, themes and much more.
  • Develop a detailed budget
    Create a detailed task list and timeline
  • Consultations on reception menu, estimate amount of drinks required.
  • Obtain estimates from caterers for your approval, retain and handle all communication with them.
  • Contact rental businesses and arrange delivery and pick-up and to determine what items are required.
  • Consultation as to your preferences in photography/videography, retain and handle communication. Help with list of shots required.
  • Consultation as to your entertainment preferences including bands, DJ’s, soloists, other entertainers as required throughout the wedding day.
  • Consultation as to your floral requirements for the wedding and retain approved florist.
  • Obtain estimates from bakers and handle communication with them regarding the wedding cake. Collect cake if required.
  • Communicate with all vendors/suppliers on your behalf.
  • Assistance in locating the perfect wedding dress.
  • Assist in finding clergy to officiate at the wedding if you are not affiliated with a particular church.
  • Develop a schedule of vendor deposits, payments and balances due, updated regularly.
  • Assist with posting invitations and guest list management.
  • Assist with wedding rehearsal if required.

Ruby – for only £600

2 hour consultation to get to know you and your plans for the event.
Provide an event “To Do” list and Calendar to show timelines and keep track.
Deal with specific suppliers only then hand over once things are well on their way.

Diamond – for only £1000

2 hour consultation to get to know you and your plans for the event.
